Select your country of sale, language, and destinations (which Google platforms you want your products to show on)

Click continue

Give your feed a name. Eg. google feed 1

Then choose the method of connecting your product data feed. FeedGeni uses the 'scheduled fetch' method.

Click continue

Follow the steps below to create a business account on Pinterest if you don't have one already. If you already have an account. proceed to step 2

Visit https://www.pinterest.com/business/create/

-Fill out your email, password, and business name then select a business type

-Click “Create account”

Claim your website if you haven't done so already. Simply follow the instructions given on Pinterest to do that
Go to catalogs.pinterest.com
Click on "Get Started.” Then click on “Add data source”.
Go to your FeedGeni account and copy the feed url from your feeds page and paste in the space provided.
Leave the file format at CSV
The feed url isn’t password protected, so ignore that and click “ Create Pins”

How to filter products in a feed.

Publishing specific products means you want to include only some specific products in the feed. For example, you might want to only include your best sellers in the feed, or only products that are in stock. To do that, first tick the "I want to publish specific products" then click on the ‘select attribute’ dropdown.

Example: Select ‘quantity’, then change the operator to ‘greater than’ then type in 0. Here, you’re telling the app to remove all products that are out of stock and to include only products that are in stock. You can add more parameters at your discretion.

This is the last step of the feed creation setup.

Proceed to hit the ‘Create’ button to create your feed.

The app redirects you to the dashboard where you can see your newly created feed. Always remember to allow up to 10mins or more for the feed file to be fully created.

Submitting your data feed (product catalog) to Snapchat

In order to submit your product feed or catalog to Snapchat, please follow the steps below.

Visit ads.snapchat.com and proceed to log in if you have an account, or sign up if you don't have an account already

Click the menu in the top corner and select 'Catalogs.'
Click ‘Create Catalog', then proceed to give your catalog a name
In the Catalog Data Source tab, select 'use Product Feeds'

Go to your FeedGeni account and copy the feed URL, then come back to your Snapchat account and paste the url in the Data Feed FTP/SFTP URL field. Since we're using URLs no need to submit an FTP login and password.
Indicate the time of day you would like Snap to refresh your catalog. You can select the time based on your current timezone.
